Terrible experience we waited for 3 hours after ordering and no food or drinks. The staff was upset when we asked why it was taking so long. All we ordered was fried chicken and tostones. It does not take 3 hours to make. We ended up leaving without eating anything.

My fried rice was better than I thought it was going to be. What got me was the extremely slow service- one of the first things we asked for was water bottles and it took 45 minutes to get us the water bottle way past how long it should take. We asked multiple times too. Especially on such a hot day as that day. We ordered our food, and our food took a very long time to get to us as well. And even when we got our food after waiting for so long only 10-15 after we started eating did she give us our waters. It was just not right. The tables were sticky as well and didn’t feel clean to eat.

Terrible service, not worth it. Took forever to come and take our order, forever to bring the beverages and forever more to bring the food. A stack of plates was dropped off at our table about 50 minutes after ordering food. No effort to at least give each individual their plate. Food (all easy to prepare dishes) arrived an hour after ordering. Food was bland. A fried fish fillet was kind of raw in the center. We will not be coming back and recommend you take your business elsewhere.

We ate here while in Montecristi. The food was decent but not the best. We paid a lot for a fried fish and French fries. But it's hard to beat the atmosphere. We sat oceanside, watched fish and even spotted a jelly fish. Nice breeze in the shade. The service was pretty good. If you aren't on a budget and visit during lunch or dinner hours you're probably better off. We were between breakfast and lunch and there wasn't much available as they aren't open for breakfast.

This place is a joke. Server have no knowledge of menu. They served us the wrong fish. We ordered fish with coconut and brought fried fish we asked to at least give the coconut sauce on the side and they brought a sauce not even close to coconut🤦‍♂️. Also side dishes were cold. BE AWARE the menu have prices and they charged double from what it says on the menu. If you want a good view and a drink stop here BUT don’t eat

You're not ready for this place and you should never be. The service was beyond poor, the food was cold af, and quite expensive. The decor is so hard to describe because it's just horrible. The only positive thing I can say about it is that the beer was cold.
